Licence conditions (11)

Licensable activities under this licence may only be carried on in connection with the provision of services to residents of Wilderness Reserve, their bona fide guests, and the hosts of and guests at bona-fide pre-booked events held at the premises.
All times when the premises is operational there will be sufficient competent staff on duty for the purpose of fulfilling the conditions of the licence and promoting the licensing objectives.
The premises licence holder shall undertake and record in writing a risk assessment of (1) the premises and (2) each individual event.
The designated premises supervisor shall ensure that there are effective management arrangements in place to enable him/her to know how many people there are in the premises at times prescribed in the risk assessment.
The premises licence holder shall produce, adhere to and train operational staff in relation to the implementation of an event management policy, taking account of the results of the risk assessment. The said policy must make provision for dispersal in order to minimise the risk of disturbance being caused to the occupiers of neighbouring residential premises from guests gaining access to and egress from the premises.
No regulated entertainment may be provided at the premises until: a. An acoustic limiter capable of restricting the sound output in each frequency from the PA system each entertainment area (i.e. the Main Barn and the Games Room) is installed, calibrated and set by a suitably qualified acoustician to levels that are considered satisfactory by a Local Authority Environmental Health Officer authorised under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (or any superseding legislation), and limiter is then tamper-sealed. b. A written noise management plan, drafted by a suitably qualified acoustician, has been submitted for consideration to the Local Authority Environmental Health Department, and written approval has been given in respect of the same.
The said limiter must not be altered save under the supervision of and to levels that are considered satisfactory by a Local Authority Environmental Health Officer authorised as aforesaid. The noise limiter shall be calibrated at least once a year.
The said approved noise management plan must implemented operationally at all times. Any variation to the noise management plan must be approved in writing by the Local Authority’s Environmental Health Department.
A Challenge 25 proof of age scheme shall be operated at the premises where the only acceptable forms of identification are recognised photographic identification cards, such as a driving licence, passport or proof of age card with the PASS Hologram.
There will be no provision of fireworks at the premises.
There will be no release of sky lanterns or helium filed balloons or any other deliberately released floating object at the premises.
