General Conditions
This premises licence permits up to 14,999 persons at any one time.
The Licensee will provide the Food and Safety Team with an Event Management Plan applicable to the event at least 28 days before any event where more than 500 people are expected to attend.
The Licensee will provide the Food and Safety Team with health and safety risk assessments applicable to the event at least 28 days before any event where more than 500 people are expected to attend.
The Licensee will use the security company TSS Event Security at events.
There will be additional parking spaces and overflow car parks at larger events.
There will be several access routes available for emergency services. Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The Licensee will ensure that the services of a specialist security firm are used to handle the movement of cash around the grounds.
TSS Event Security will be employed by the Licensee to ensure safe crowd management and security at events.
There will be an additional 6 security staff at events to help with crowd control around stage area and perimeter fencing. This number will be increased if the number of persons present is expected to exceed 9,999.
There will be 10 security staff on the gates to collect money, along with 2 supervisors.
There will be 16 stewards at the Fireworks Event. Public Safety
The Licensee will ensure that a Priavte First Aid company, Priavte Fire Service and Secutiy company will be present on site for the duration of the events, There is a separate entrance kept clear for emergencey services, If required.
The Licensee will ensure that the location of each emergency service is incorporated in the brochure which is available to members of the public.
The Licensee will ensure that In-house stewards will be fully briefed, and wear conspicuous uniforms, that will make them clearly visible to members of the public throughout the site at all events.
The number of sanitary units at the Firework Event shall be 38 plus 6 for disabled users. Should the number of persons present be expected to exceed 9,999 this provision will be increased to the ratio 1:75 female, 1:400 male, and 4 x six bay urinals.
There will be additional lanes at each gate to move vehicles off the main road quickly.
For the Fireworks Event there will be 6 first aiders with a paramedic led ambulance. If the number of persons present exceeds 9,999 at this event and others the number of first aiders will be increased.
For the Fireworks Event, an external company will be used to install pressure barriers in front of the stage area.
The Licensees Health and Safety Officer will be on site at all events.
Warrior Fire Service will be instructed to carry out a fire risk assessment which will be forwarded to the site Heath and Safety Officer. Prevention of Public Nuisance
The volume of any amplification system used for any description of regulated entertainment shall be controlled such that it is non-intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties.
The performance of any description of regulated entertainment outdoors shall take place on no more than 5 weekends, being the Saturday and Sunday of any week, in any one calendar year.
The performance of live music outdoors and the playing of recorded music outdoors shall only take place as part of, or in association with, a fundraising event organised by the Heveningham Hall Country Fair.
At the end of events there will be a public announcement encouraging the site to be cleared of members of the public by 23:00 hours. Stewards and security staff will aid the clearance.
There will be at least 20 waste bins on site for all events. This number will be increased where the number of persons present is expected to exceed 9,999. The frequency of emptying the bins shall be increased for larger events.
All live and recorded music will cease by 23:00. Protection of Children from Harm
The Licensee will ensure that in the event a child becomes separated from its parents, the child will be escorted by no fewer than two stewards. If the child or person is not found within 30 minutes the police will be called.
The Licensee will ensure that any young person seeking to purchase alcohol will be asked to provide proof of age before they will be served.
