Licence conditions (12)

CCTV shall be installed on the premises showing correct date and time information.
The CCTV will cover internal public areas, the garden, the front of the premises, car park, smoking area, outdoor seated area, and the entrance doorway. The CCTV shall provide images of good quality in all lighting conditions and shall capture frontal images of people entering and exiting the premises. The premises licence holder must ensure the CCTV is in good order and regularly maintained and that staff are able to make copies available at the request of the Police or other authorised licensing authority on request. CCTV footage must be retained for a minimum of 31 days.
The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure the CCTV recording system is checked daily to ensure it is operating correctly, any faults are to be recorded in a logbook with the date and time an engineer has been called to repair the fault and to also record the immediate notification of the fault to the premises licence holder by staff. The logbook shall be available to inspection by a police officer or a responsible officer.
The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure that when an event takes place, or there is live or recorded music (other than background music) and on New Year's Eve and Christmas Eve a risk assessment shall be completed to decide if additional measures are required to promote the licensing objectives.
Staff training shall be undertaken on staff appointment and updated every 6 months.
Training delivered to staff shall be recorded. Training shall cover: b. The requirements for ID as part of age verification. c. Dealing with an intoxicated person, or a drug related incident. d. Dealing with disorderly incidents/disorderly persons e Recording of any refusal to sell alcohol. f. Recording of incidents g. Safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults h. Reporting of incidents to police and information to be shared with police to promote the licensing objectives.
All training records will be available to an authorised officer on request.
An incident log shall be maintained on the premises documenting the date and time of any incidents involving the premises which could undermine the four licensing objectives. This shall be completed within 24 hours of the incident, be available upon request of a police officer or an authorised officer and will record the following: a. All crimes reported at the venue. b. Any incidents of disorder c Persons banned from the premises.
There shall be a record of any refused sale of alcohol. The refusal register shall be inspected on a regular basis (at least weekly) by the DPS.
The Premises Licence Holder shall adopt a 'Challenge 25' policy on the premises, with signage clearly displayed to the public.
The Premises Licence Holder shall have a written drugs policy for the venue and ensure staff are aware of the policy and comply with the policy.
a. To remove all embedded restrictions. b. In order to reduce noise pollution no regulated entertainment including live and recorded music after 23:30. c. All windows and doors shall be kept closed after 23:00 except for ingress and egress. d. No food or alcohol shall be consumed outdoors after 23:00 hrs. e. Notices to be displayed outside the premises and at exit doors to encourage customers to leave the premises quietly. All staff required to reinforce this message.
