Children may only be on the premises between 11.00 & 20.00 except in the restaurant until midnight

The external bar will only be used between the hours of 11.00 hours and 22.30 hours daily.
The external bar will be supervised at all times when in use.
The external bar will be inaccessible to customers when not in use to ensure they do not have access to any alcohol.
The DPS shall be responsible for ensuring all staff are trained in the Licensing Act to a level commensurate with their roles. All staff are to sign a record to confirm that such training has been received. In particular, bar staff and other staff serving customers are to be trained in their obligations for the responsible service of alcohol and the law relating to under-age sales.
An incident log will be kept and maintained at the premises and all incidents and refusals of sales of alcohol shall be recorded in it. As a minimum, the log will record the date and time of the incident, the name of the person making the entry, the nature of the incident and any actions taken.
The DPS or suitably nominated colleague to regularly attend Pubwatch or other similar scheme.
A sign will be displayed at each exit from the premises asking customers to respect the rights of nearby residents not to be disturbed.
Any outside areas are to be monitored by staff, when occupied, during the hours that the premises are open to the public.
The DPS/manager will undertake a weekly inspection of the public areas of the premises to identify anything might present an identifiable risk to public safety. Any risks to public safety. Any risks identified that are deemed to be unreasonable must be rectified at the earliest possible opportunity.
