The performance of regulated entertainment is restricted to only take place during Keswick Jazz Festival. This restriction does not apply to acoustic performances.
All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided except in the event of an emergency.
There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public (or member and their guests) notices pointing out the needs of local residents and the need to leave the premises and the area quietly.
The placing of bottles into receptacles outside the premises is not permitted to take place between the hours of 8pm and 8am to minimise disturbance to nearby properties on any day except Sunday when no such disposal shall take place before 10am.
The performance of regulated entertainment in garden areas and other external spaces of the premises is not permitted.
We have CCTV in place that is clearly promoted.
We will have a record log book to record any incidents that may later need to be discussed with officials.
We have intruder alarms.
We lock the toilets, which are outside and adjacent to our premises at night time (when we close).
We will not store cash on the premises.
We will leave the till drawer open at night time.
We will cover any displays of alcohol when we close.
We will only serve drinks in the premises.
We will provide a balanced social mix.
We will not sell alcohol to be consumed off the premises.
We will not sell alcopops or promote a binge drinking culture.
All areas of the building and equipment will be well maintained and reviewed on an annual basis.
