  1. Alcohol shall be sold only to persons ancillary to having a table meal or for off sales only as part of a food order.
  2. CCTV will be installed and maintained to Home Office Guidance standards and shall: a. cover all entrances and exits; b. make and retain clear images of facial and head-and-shoulder images of all persons entering and exiting the premises; c. show an accurate date in the format: dd-mm-yyyy and time that the images were made.
  3. All CCTV images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days.
  4. A staff member from the premises who is conversant with the operation of the CCTV system shall be on the premises at all times when the premises are open to the public. This staff member must be able to show recordings to Police Officers or authorised Council Officers on demand.
  5. Notices advertising that the premises operates a "Challenge 25" scheme shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the retail premises entrance(s)/and inside at the premises bar servery area.
  6. A Refusals Register, a version of which must be in English, shall be maintained and updated immediately following any refused alcohol sale. It will record the date, time, staff name, and a description of the person refused. This applies to both on-site and off-sale refusals, including delivery refusals, due to age verification failure or concerns over intoxication. The Licence Holder will review and sign the log regularly. The register will be available to Police or authorised officers upon request.
  7. An Incident Log, a version of which must be in English, shall be maintained and made immediately available to Police or authorised officers, recording complaints, incidents of disorder, CCTV faults, and visits from relevant authorities or emergency services. Entries will be made immediately after each incident. The Licence Holder will review and sign the log regularly.
  8. Waste collections and deliveries shall be scheduled at reasonable hours to avoid disturbance, and any complaints from the public will be logged and addressed promptly.
  9. Clear and legible signage shall be prominently displayed at all entrances/exits of the premises, requesting customers to leave quietly and respect neighbours.
  10. Staff shall monitor customers leaving the premises to ensure that no nuisance or disturbance is caused to nearby neighbours.
  11. The Licence Holder shall maintain written records of all staff authorised to sell alcohol.
  12. All staff whose responsibilities include the retail sale of alcohol shall receive training on induction and every 6 months thereafter on: a. the terms, conditions and restrictions of the Premises Licence; b. the prevention of unlawful sales of alcohol, and the likely consequence of making an unlawful sale, which shall include: i. the operation of the 'Challenge 25' scheme; ii. types of acceptable ID; iii. the method of recording challenges; iv. refusing sales of alcohol to persons who appear to be drunk, and v. preventing proxy sales. Such training shall be recorded, a version of which must be kept in English, and these records shall, on request, be made available to any police or community support officer or authorised person immediately upon demand.
