General  The premises Licence Holder shall ensure that all Staff concerned in the sale of alcohol are trained in their responsibilities under the Licensing ACT 2003, particularly concerning sales to persons who are intoxicated, underrage sales, and proxy sales.  Training will include challenging every indivdual who appears to be under 25 years of age and to refuse service where indivduals cannot prodce accptable means of identification.  Such training (including any refesher tarining) will be logged and provided annually. The traininglog shall be made available for inspection by police and authorished personal upon request.  Late Night Refeshments between the hours of 11pm and 5am, will be limited to hot beverages only.
 CCTV system will be installed and maintained at the premises.  The system shall recored in real time and recvordings will be date and time stamped.  Cameras will cover internal areas and the external area immediately in front of the store.  The system wil continually record whilst the premises are open and conducting licensable activities. All recordings will be stored for a minimum period of 31 days and willl be capable of being easily downloaded  Images from the installed CCTV system will be made available to police within a practicable time on request.  The licensee will ensure a staff member is trained in the op[eration of and the downloading of footage from the CCTV system. .
