All members of staff have initial house training in respect of ASDA procedures which includes Liquor Licensing.
All checkout operators and their team trainers have additional training in the sale of alcohol.
No hot food or hot drinks to be sold in the Cafe area between 23.00 to 05.00 hours Monday to Sundays.
The premises already have in place internal and external CCTV cameras. The cameras will be maintained in working order and footage will be retained for a period of time to the satisfaction of the Police.
Proof of age will be required from any person appearing to be under the age of 18 who is attempting to purchase alcohol at the premises.
If appropriate proof is not produced there will be no sale.
ASDA seeks to comply with all the requirements of Health and Safety legislation. No additional steps are proposed.
CCTV coverage to external areas and car park is designed to deter anti-social behaviour.
