The car park is to be monitored between 23:00 and 05:00 hours and those monitoring the car park are to use their best endeavours to stop youths from gathering and causing a disturbance to others.
CCTV to be working to the satisfaction of the Police and Licensing Authority with recordings maintained for at least one month. If the equipment fails the Police or Licensing Authority must be informed as soon as possible and immediate steps taken to put the equipment back into service.
No irresponsible drinking related promotions to be allowed.
When the store is open to the public after midnight, the premises must employ one door supervisor until closing time or 05:00 hours, whichever is the earlier. The door supervisor is to be registered with the SIA and badges are to be worn during operational hours. The door supervisor must wear clothing which can be easily identifable on CCTV.
