General Conditions The premises will be managed in accordance with Club rules. Crime and Disorder
The Licensee will, at the discretion of the Club's committee, use door supervisors when required (usually only in Regatta week dances).
The Licensee will request that all members and guests leave the premises quietly.
The Licensee will ensure that any member behaving in a disorderly manner will be ejected from the club and will be likely to receive suspension or expulsion from the club. Public Safety Prevention of Public Nuisance
The volume of any amplification system used in conjunction with any description of regulated entertainment shall be controlled such that it is non-intrusive at the boundary of any nearby residential property.
The number of events during which any description of regulated entertainment is to be provided outdoors shall not exceed 20 in any one calendar year.
The Licensee will request that all members and guests leave the premises quietly Protection of Children from Harm
The Licensee will ensure that the Club’s child protection policy is implemented at all times.
Children will not be permitted at the bar.
