General Conditions
The club will be managed in accordance with the Club’s Constitution. Crime and Disorder
The Licensee will display any notices relating to crime prevention at the request of Suffolk Constabulary. Public Safety
The Licensee will ensure that the maximum permitted number of persons on the premises will not exceed 240.
The Licensee will ensure that when special effects are to be used prior notification be given to the Licensing Authority and Fire Service.
The Licensee will ensure that the following systems are maintained and inspected by a suitably qualified professional person in accordance with the appropriate British Standard an at intervals recommended in national guidance, and will keep the records of such inspections available for inspection by authorised officers on request:  Electrical installation  Emergency lighting systems  Fire alarm systems  Gas boiler appliance  Oil fire boiler appliance  Suspended ceilings  Portable fire fighting equipment  Temporary electrical installations Prevention of Public Nuisance
The Licensee will ensure that adequate waste bins are provided, and emptied on a regular basis.
The performance of any form of regulated entertainment outdoors shall take place on no more than 5 occasions in any one calendar year. On such occasions the performance of regulated entertainment shall finish no later than 22:30 hours.
The provision of late night refreshment outdoors shall take place on no more than 5 occasions in any one calendar year. Protection of children from harm The Licensee will ensure that junior visitors are supervised for the duration they are present on the licensed premises.
