Licence conditions (19)

General Conditions Crime and Disorder
Plastic drinking vessels will be used for all outdoor social areas.
All bar volunteer staff will ask for proof of age of anyone appearing to be under the age of 18 trying to purchase alcohol.
Bar volunteer staff will ensure that the bar is managed responsibly at all times.
A close relationship with the police with regards to the prevention of crime and disorder will be fully implemented.
The premises will be adequately supervised by a responsible adult at all times whilst open for private functions or to the general public.
Excessive alcohol ordering from the bar will not be permitted. Public Safety
All measures agreed with the fire service in relation to fire safety will be implemented and subject to regular review.
The premises licence holder will ensure: a) A valid public liability insurance is in place and that a copy of the schedule is available for inspection upon request. b) Regular fire drills and fire safety training will be carried out for all clubhouse volunteers. . c) All building certificates will be available for inspection. d) An appropriate and adequate supply of first aid equipment will be kept on the premises. e) Clubhouse volunteers will complete a basic first aid course. f) Emergency vehicle access will be available pitch side when the premises are open on match days. g) No portable heating devices will be used within the premises. h) Any outdoor event will be conducted in accordance with HSE guidance. Prevention of Public Nuisance The premises licence holder will ensure:
Alcohol will not be sold or supplied outside the building.
Any litter, breakages or debris caused by outdoor events will be cleared.
Volume of any amplification systems used with any description of regulated entertainment held indoors shall be monitored and controlled so as not to intrude on the boundaries of any neighbouring residential properties.
Use of any external generators will cease by 23:00 on weekdays and Saturdays. On Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays by 22:00 and 00:30 on New Years Eve.
External doors/windows in the main clubhouse area used for regulated entertainment will remain closed, other than for routine access when there is to be music or speech.
The windows to the function room used for the playing of recorded music shall be kept closed when amplified musical entertainment is taking place.

The premises licence holder (A&TRFC) shall have a full and up to date Safeguarding Policy in line with RFU guidelines.
Clubhouse volunteers shall be DBS checked.
The premises licence holder will ensure: a) Volunteer bar staff request credible photographic proof of age evidence from any person who appears to be under the age of 18 seeking to purchase or consume alcohol on the premises. b) Volunteer bar staff shall have the right to refuse to serve any person in the Clubhouse. c) Any person under the age of 18 may use the bar area ONLY to be served non-alcoholic beverage or confectionary/snacks from the bar. d) The area immediately surrounding the bar will be kept clear and not used by children other than the purchase of snacks or non-alcoholic beverages.
