Licence conditions (14)
  1. CCTV surveillance of the Premises, both inside and out.
  2. Club Management, Steward and bar staff are informed of the Licensing Act 2003 objectives and statutory requirement to comply with all relevant provisions of the Act.
  3. Club rules govern the conduct of members and their guests within and adjacent to a club premises.
  4. The premises are covered by CCTV.
  5. The Club is a member of “Pubwatch” and fully supports its aims and objectives.
  6. The Club complies with Health and Safety and Fire Precautions Regulations.
  7. Measures are in place to ensure the safety of members, guests, employees and entertainers while on the premises.
  8. Fire points are signed.
  9. Emergency escape routes are signed.
  10. Signs are displayed at exit to remind members and guests to leave quietly and show respect for local residents.
  11. If there are problems the club rules can ensure they are not repeated.
  12. We have recently taken measures with advice from Allerdale Council to reduce noise from the function room.
  13. When the function is used for private party in the function room children are allowed to attend.
  14. Staff are instructed to ensure that children are not allowed alcohol.
