Licence conditions (16)
  1. Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
  2. years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either- (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature.
  3. General Conditions
  4. Maximum permitted numbers during any licensable activity will not exceed the following: Seated at tables 200 Dancing and tables 300 Dancing only 300 Closely seated 300 Crime and Disorder
  5. The consumption of alcohol will be restricted to the areas identified on the plan attached at Annex 4. Public Safety
  6. Fire extinguishers will be provided and maintained as indicated on the plan attached at Annex 4.
  7. Adequate access for the disabled will be provided and maintained.
  8. All escape routes will be clearly indicated and maintained free from obstruction.
  9. A safety check will be undertaken prior to any event involving licensable activity.
  10. Access will be maintained for emergency vehicles.
  11. A qualified first aider will attend during any event involving licensable activity.
  12. Any temporary electrical systems will be installed by a competent person. Prevention of Public Nuisance
  13. The volume of the amplification system for any description of musical entertainment shall be strictly controlled so that noise levels are non-intrusive at the bioundaries of nearby residential properties.
  14. A responsible person shall monitor the music levels outside the building, and implement any changes to reduce noise levels in accordance with any request by an authorised officer of the Council immediately and ensure that volume is maintained at the reduced level.
  15. After 23.30 hours all external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress when amplified music and amplified speech is taking place. Protection of children from harm
  16. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst on the premises when licensable activity is taking place.
