Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours., In this condition, permitted hours means: on weekdays, other than, Christmas Day, Good Friday or New Years Eve, 10.00 to 23.00, on, Sundays, other than Christmas Day or New Years Eve, 12 noon to 22.30,, on Good Friday, 12 noon to 22.30, on New Years Eve, except on a, Sunday, 10.00 to 23.00, on New Years Eve on a Sunday, 12 noon to, 22.30, on New Years Eve from the end of permitted hours to the start, of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted, hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December)., On Christmas day, as provided by the rules of the club and notified in, writing by the chairman or secretary of the club to the chief, executive of the justices for the petty sessions area in which the, premises are. The said hours shall: not exceed six and a half hours,, not begin earlier than 12 noon, not end later than 22.30, provide for, a break of at least 2 hours, including 15.00 to 17.00; not extend for, more than three and a half hours after 17.00., The above restrictions do not prohibit the supply to, or consumption, by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing. The, above restrictions do not prohibit: the consumption of the alcohol on, the premises during the first twenty minutes after the above hours;, the taking of the alcohol from premises, (unless the alcohol is, supplied or taken in an open vessel,) during the first twenty minutes, after the above hours; the consumption of the alcohol on the premises, by persons taking meals there during the first thirty minutes after, the above hours, if the alcohol was supplied for consumption ancillary, to those meals; consumption of the alcohol on the premises by, or, the, taking, sale or supply of alcohol to any person residing in the, licensed premises and the ordered of alcohol to be consumed off the, premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered; the, sale of alcohol to a trader

No bottles or glasses to be taken outside of the club house.The club to monitor the behaviour of members and guests who are smoking outside and in particular the club is to ensure that all doors are shut after members and guests enter and leave.,.
All external doors/windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress, in all rooms when events involving amplified sound are taking place.Staff shall check prior to entertainment, and periodically during the entertainment, that all windows and doors are shut. A written record shall be made of these checks in a log book kept for that purpose and shall include, the time and date of the checks, the person making them and the results including any remedial action.Amplified sound from the licensed premises shall not be clearly audible at the boundary of any noise sensitive premises so as to cause a nuisance.The licence-holder or his representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is likely to cause a disturbance to local residents.
