- CCTV shall be provided in the form of a recordable system, capable of providing pictures of evidential quality in all lighting conditions particularly facial recognition. Cameras shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises and all areas where the sale/ supply of alcohol occurs. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order and correctly timed and dated. Recordings will be available for a period of 31 days and handed to Police on request. The recording equipment being of a digital hard drive system shall be kept in a secured environment under the control of the Premises Licence Holder or other responsible named individual. Notices shall be clearly displayed at the point of access and at the point of sale area with regards to Under age sales challenge. All members of staff at the premises shall seek credible photographic proof of age evidence from any such person who appears to be under the age of 21 years and who is seeking to purchase alcohol. Such credible evidence, which shall include a photograph of the customer, will either be a passport, photographic driving licence or Proof of Age card carrying a Pass logo. All occasions when persons have been refused shall be recorded in writing. Regular staff training in respect of statutory requirements and regulations shall take place. A first aid box, a trained member of staff and an incident book shall all be available at the premises.
