General:-
Substantial food to be available throughout permitted hours in all parts of the premises where intoxicants are provided.
Non alcoholic beverages (including drinking water) shall be made available during permitted hours in all parts of the premises where intoxicants are provided.
Alcohol shall be supplied only to persons seated at a table or bar counter by waiter and waitress service. Prevention of Crime and Disorder:-
CCTV cameras will be fitted to cover all public areas inside the premises and shall be of a type and standard approved by the local Police Authority. The CCTV shall be continually recording and all images retained by way of video or a digital system for a minimum of thirty one days. The Licensing Authority and local Police Authority shall have access to these images at all reasonable times.
