Licence conditions (16)
- CCTV shall be installed on the premises and fully maintained, showing correct date and time information. CCTV to cover internal licensable area outside seating and the smoking area. The CCTV shall provide clear images of people entering and exiting the premises. CCTV to be made available at the request of Police or other authorised licensing authority, as soon as practicable and in any case within 24 hours. All CCTV recordings to be retained for a minimum of 31 days.
- Staff training shall be recorded and updated every 6 months. Training shall cover
- ii. The requirements for ID as part of age verification. iii. Dealing with an intoxicated person iv. Dealing with disorderly incidents /disorderly persons v. Dealing with drug related activity on a licenced premises. vi. Recording of any refusal to sell alcohol vii. Safeguarding of children or a vulnerable adult viii. Recording and reporting of incidents to police and information to be shared with police to promote the licensing objectives ix. All training records will be available to an authorised officer on request.
- An incident log shall be maintained on the premises, which documents the date and time of any incidents involving the premises, which could undermine the licensing objectives. This shall be completed within 24 hours of the incident, be available upon request of a police officer or an authorised officer and will record the following: i. All crimes reported at the venue ii. All ejections of patrons iii. Any complaints received concerning crime and disorder iv. All drugs seized or found v. Any incidents of disorder vi. Any faults in the CCTV system, including action taken to remedy vii. Persons banned from the premises
- The Licensee and all staff will be trained on spotting signs of drunkenness and any other anti-social behaviour. We will refuse service to any person or group that falls within that category and ask them to leave the premises.
- There shall be a record of any refused sale of alcohol. The refusal register shall be inspected on a regular basis (at least weekly) by the DPS and endorsed.
- The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure a 'Challenge 25 'policy is adopted on the premises at all times. Si gnage of the 'Challenge 25 'policy shall be prominently displayed on the premises.
- The licensee and staff will ask persons who appear to be under the age of 25 for photographic ID such as proof of age cards, the Connexions Card and Citizen Card, photographic driving licence or passport, an official identity card issued by HM Forces or by an EU country, bearing the photograph and date of birth of bearer.
- We will immediately restrict access to children anytime we feel that it is not a suitable environment for them.
- The Premises Licence Holder will conduct a risk assessment with control measures as required, for any booking for a function that will involve licensable activity. The risk assessment to be retained by the Premises Licence Holder for a minimum of twelve months from the date of the booked function and will be available to inspection by the police or an authorised officer.
- All guests are asked to be respectful to the local residents when leaving the ground (signage displaying this will be displayed)
- Numerous bins supplied around the ground and premises with signage explaining that all rubbish is to be disposed of correctly and no glassware is to be taken off the premises
- Ground staff and cleaning contractor will walk the perimeter of the ground along Church Road collecting any waste regardless of if it has been generated from the ground or our guests
- The Premises Licence Holder, shall ensure that all times when the premises are used for any licensable activity, there are sufficient competent staff on duty at the premises for the purpose of fulfilling the terms and conditions of the licence and for preventing crime and disorder. Any incidents of a criminal nature that may occur on the premises will be reported to the Police.
- Appropriate fire safety procedures are in place including fire extinguishers (foam, H20 and CO2), fire blanket, internally illuminated fire exit signs, numerous smoke detectors and emergency lighting (see enclosed plan for details of locations). All appliances are inspected annually.
- All emergency exits shall be kept free from obstruction at all times.
