  3. A fire risk assessment shall be carried out yearly.
  4. The carpark shall be flood lit.
  5. A notice will be displayed on the exit requesting patrons to respect local residents and leave the area quietly.
  6. A Challenge 25 alcohol verification scheme will be in operation at all times.
