Licence conditions (19)
  1. The site is the home of the Westerham Breery and Squerryes brands. As such, all staff are trained to a high standard in all the licensing objectives as it is central to the two brands to be seen to be responsible operators.
  2. No more than 12 marquee events involving amplified music to be held per year ,with no more than two such events per calendar month. No such event shall last more than four days in total.
  3. The applicant to be required to keep a log of all events held and supply information requested to Local Authority on request.
  4. The prevention of crime and disorder
  5. Outside lighting which is timing controlled and automatically comes on at dusk.
  6. The brands are generally aiming for a mature demographic and producing higher end product will not be attractive to the youngr drinker from a price point.
  7. The site will have CCTV.
  8. Public safety
  9. Fire safety assessments are undertaken, with fire fighting equipmet and emergency lighting on site.
  10. Traffic management plan for ingress and egress of the site undertaken including taxi pick up and drop off.
  11. There will be provision of poly carbonate glassware.
  12. The prevention of public nuisance
  13. Responsible management of premises, including training of staff and event management plans are of paramount importance due to the local perception of the brands.
  14. Due to the nature of the business it is not considered public nuisance will be undermined.
  15. We will liaise with local residents who share site access over any security or public nuisance concerns.
  16. The music noise level from any event held on site shall not exceed the background noise level by more than 15dba over a 15 minute period measured at the nearest residential property.
  17. The protection of children from harm
  18. A Challenge 25 Policy will be adopted with only photographic ID accepted.
  19. Children on site will be accompanied by an adult.
