  2. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied:
  3. (a) with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, is consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal;
  4. (b) for consumption by a person residing in the premises or his guest and paid for together with his accommodation;
  5. (c) to a canteen or mess.
  6. Performers should be supervised to ensure the loading of equipment at the end of any event does not disturb surrounding residents.
  7. Prominent, clear and legible notices are displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and the area quietly.
  8. All entertainment should be positioned inside the premises with speakers facing inwards.
  9. The licensee or a nominated representative shall receive and respond to complaints throughout the duration of all noisy events.
  10. All external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress, in all rooms when events involving amplified music or speech are taking place.
  11. Ensure that a sound level limit is agreed with the entertainer prior to the event, by listening outside the premises to ensure that the sound is not audible outside the premises.
  12. Disposal of waste bottles into external receptacles where the noise will be audible to neighbouring properties must not occur between 21:00 and 07:00 hours.
