  1. General Conditions Crime and Disorder
  2. The Licensee will ensure that at least one notice is displayed reminding hall users to take reasonable precautions against theft from vehicles. Public Safety
  3. The Licensee will ensure that health & safety and electrical audits are carried out as per regulatory requirements and/or manufacturer’s recommendations. Prevention of Public Nuisance
  4. The volume of any amplification system used in connection with the performance of any description of regulated entertainment shall be controlled such that it is non-intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties.
  5. All windows and doors to those parts of the village hall used for the provision of regulated shall be kept closed after 22:00 hours, other than for access and egress, when there are performances of any description of regulated entertainment taking place.
  6. The performance of live music outdoors, the playing of recorded music outdoors and the performance of any other description of regulated entertainment outdoors that includes the amplification of music or speech shall take place on no more than 5 occasions in any one calendar year. On such occasions any amplification of music or speech shall finish no later than 21:00 hours. Protection of children from harm
  7. The Licensee will ensure that no equipment is provided by the trust for use by children.
