Licence conditions (21)
- The premises supervisor in situ will ensure that all existing Health and Safety checks will be carried out, and that all existing polices that ensure the care and safety of patrons are observed
- Prevention of Crime and Disorder
- There will be promotions that encourage illegal, irresponsible or immoderate consumption of alcohol beverages
- All staff shall be trained in Licensing Law and Health and Safety
- Public Safety Safety appliance and systems shall be tested at least once in any 12 month period, and certification obtained stating that the appliances tested are in a satisfactory condition. Relevant certificates shall be retained and presented for inspection at the request of an officer of the Licensing Authority, Local Police or Fire Authority or any other relevant person
- Public Nuisance
- Prominent, clear notices shall be displayed at all exits / in the beer garden/ outside areas, requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and the area quietly
- Ventilation and extraction systems shall be directed in a manner that will not cause nuisance through noise or odour to any persons living or working nearby.
- The following licensed activities that have the potential to created public nuisance shall not be permitted unless they are done so in accordance the the controls below. For example
- Playing of live, amplified, pre-recorded music or sound. The volume of music or sound shall not be discernible at the facade of the nearest noise sensitive dwellings. There shall be no more than 20 entertainment events in any one year that involve live, amplified, pre recorded music or sound and each event shall cease at 00:00 (except on Christmas and New Years Eve).
- Protection of Children from Harm
- No person under the age of 16 shall be permitted on the premises unless accompanied by an adult
- Amusement with prizes Machines shall be situated where thy can be observed by staff at all times the premises is open to the public
- No person under the age of 18 years shall be permitted to play or use any of the Amusement with Prizes machines on the premises
- Anyone who appear to be under 18 and is attempting to purchase alcohol in the licensed premises / club or is consuming alcohol in the licensed premises / club shall upon request, provide any member of staff of the licensed premise /club with adequate and acceptable proof of age
