Licence conditions (13)
  1. A breakdown of permitted numbers is as follows:- Ground Floor Restaurant and Lounge Bar - 300 persons First Floor Function Room - 200 persons
  2. A new Emergency Lighting and Fire Alarm Certificate shall be forwarded to this office prior to or on the date of expiry of the Current Certificate on 12 January 2006.
  3. A new Fire Equipment Certificate shall be forwarded to this office prior to or on the date of expiry of the Current Certificate on 20 April 2006.
  4. A new Electrical Certificate shall be forwarded to this office prior to or on the date of expiry of the Current Certificate on 16 October 2005.
  5. All doors and windows shall remain closed during periods of public entertainment.
  6. The licence shall lapse in the event of the ownership of the Golf Course and the licensed premises becoming separated.
  7. The general hours when the premises are open for the sale of alcohol shall be 07:00 - 02:00
  8. The public shall be required to leave by 03:00, except for New Year's Eve
  9. 28 days notice shall be given to the police in the event that the licence holder intends to exceed opening hours beyond 03:00 (except New Year's Eve) and/or the general hours for the sale of alcohol.
  10. No time restriction on the sale of alcohol to residents and their guests.
  11. Apart from the main bar, the remaining rooms shall only be used for pre-booked private functions unless 7 days notice is given to the police.
  12. The volume of music or sound arising from the premises shall be controlled so that no noise is discernible at the facade of the nearest noise sensitive dwellings at any time.
  13. Food will be available throughout the trading period in the restaurant area.
