- Committee will ensure hall is safe by annual LPG inspections, annual electrical inspections, annual fire safety inspection and annual environmental health check.
- Hirers informed to leave hall & car park quietly and lock car park on leaving.
- Children to be supervised by adults, preferably parents.
- Hall will not be hired to anyone under 16 years.
