  1. General Conditions
  2. The Licensee will ensure that there will be no admission to persons who are drunk and disorderly. Crime and Disorder
  3. The Licensee will ensure that notices are displayed giving information of the alcohol unit content of each type of drink.
  4. The Licensee will provide a ‘drivers shelf’ where low or non-alcoholic beverages are displayed. Public Safety
  5. The Licensee will register with and become active in local crime prevention schemes.
  6. The Licensee will ensure that all exits and escape routes are clearly identified, kept free from obstruction and available for immediate use in the event of an emergency during licensable activities. Prevention of Public Nuisance
  7. The Licensee will ensure that drinking glasses are not taken off the premises.
  8. The Licensee will not adopt any drink promotion activities that undermine a policy of responsible drinking.
  9. The external patio/seating area shall not be used by customers after the hours of 23:00 on any day of the week.
  10. Prominent, clear notice(s) shall be displayed near the door and within the external seating area requesting that customers respect the needs of local residents, keep noise to a minimum and leave the area quietly. Protection of children from harm
  11. All members of staff at the premises will seek ‘credible’ photographic proof of age evidence from any person who appears to be under the age of 18 and who is seeking to purchase or consume alcohol on the premises.
