Licence conditions (2)
- Where applicable the Licence Holder shall also ensure that such individuals at all times when on duty wear an identity badge, conspicuously displayed and in a form and manner prescribed by the Security Industry Authority.
- The following non-standard timings shall be applicable for all activities as follows: i) Licensable activities to Hotel residents and bona fide guests shall be effective for 24 hours per day each day of the week. ii)On New Years Eve to extend the hours from the usual close of play until the close of play New Years Day. CCTV shall be provided in the form of a recordable system, capable of providing pictures of EVIDENTIAL QUALITY in all lighting conditions particularly facial recognition. Cameras shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises and all areas where the sale/ supply of alcohol occurs. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order correctly time & date stamped, recordings shall be kept in date order, numbered sequentially and kept for a period of 31 days and handed to Police on request. The Recording equipment and tapes/discs shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the DPS/Responsible named individual. Appropriate signage representative of the above in conspicuous positions. When SIA Front Line Door supervisors are employed a Local Authority Door Supervisors Logbook will be kept, maintained and produced immediately for Police Inspection. Where there is a sale/supply of alcohol to the General public after Midnight a minimum of two SIA approved accredited Licensed front line door supervisors shall be employed (*). Condition (*) is NOT applicable if the sale of alcohol is solely restricted to residents, members, bona fide guests, persons having a table meal at the premises or persons who have attended a pre booked function where food has been supplied. Music volumes shall be controlled by staff. There shall be no striptease or nudity.
