The pub manager will actively participate in and support the local Pubwatch scheme where such scheme is in existence.
A digital CCTV system is installed at the premises and will be maintained in good working order. All images will be retained for 31 days and made available to the Police Licensing Officer upon request.3. The requirement for door supervisors to be risk assessed.4. On Tuesday and Wednesday, when the premises trade for sale of alcohol and/or live entertainment (in the form of live music, DJ led recorded music or Comedy night) beyond 01:00 the following morning there shall be a minimum of 2 door supervisors on duty from no later than 21:00 and they shall remain on duty until the premises close and all customers have dispersed from the premises and the immediate vicinity.5. High-risk sporting events shown at the premises to be assessed on a written risk assessment basis including risk assessing the need for the provision of door supervisors. (Risk assessment to be retained for 3 months and can be electronic).6. Toughened drinking glasses to be used at all times the premises are open to the public.
All doors and windows save for access and egress will be kept closed beyond 22.00 hrs.8. Responsible steps will be taken to recognise the needs of local residents and/or businesses and to encourage customers to leave the premises quietly.9. Disposal of waste (including bottles) by the premises into the rear bin stores adjacent to residential properties must not occur between 21.00hrs and 09.00hrs.10. The premises shall maintain and operate an external area policy including control of customers while queuing outside or smoking.
The premises shall at all times operate a Challenge 21 policy to prevent any customers who attempt to purchase alcohol and who appear to the staff member to be under the age of 21 years from making such a purchase without first having provided identification. Only a valid British driving licence showing a photograph of the person, a valid passport or proof of age card showing the PASS hologram are to be accepted as identification.12. Notices advertising the Challenge 21 policy shall be displayed in a prominent position in the premises.
An adequate drugs search policy to be in place to deter and weapons entering the premises and an appropriate drugs safe box kept on the premises for the security of unlawful drugs seized or found by staff and kept secure until such times that Essex Police can dispose of those drugs lawfully.2.
