Licence conditions (2)
- A recording CCTV system shall be installed and be fully operational whilst the venue is open to the public. The recording equipment will be stored and operated in a secure environment with limited access to avoid damage, theft, unauthorised viewing and maintain the integrity of the system. A record will be kept of any access made to information held on the system. The system will be maintained and serviced annually. The system clock will be checked regularly for accuracy to take into account GMT and BST. Additional recording CCTV cameras should be installed and fully operational while the venue is open to the public to cover areas that the public may have access to. The system will have sufficient storage capacity for 31 days evidential quality images and Police and authorised offices of the Council shall have access to data from the systems quickly and easily and provision will be made for someone to have access to the secure area and be able to operate the equipment to supply footage in a format which can easily be viewed by the Police subject to data protection requirements. Noise and vibration will not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties. When entertainment is taking place in the premises doors and windows will be closed save for access and egress. The venue shall operate a challenge 25 policy in respect of the sale of alcohol. Any persons who appear to be under the age of 25 will be required to produce photo ID to prove that they are over
- Acceptable forms of ID would be passport, photograph driving licence, government approved proof of age card. If more than 100 persons under 14 (juniors) are attending an entertainment for juniors or an entertainment at which the majority of those attending are juniors, there should be sufficient adult attendants, properly instructed as to their duties: (a) To prevent more juniors or other persons being admitted to the building or part thereof than the building or part can properly accommodate; and (b) To control the movement of juniors and other persons admitted while entering and leaving the building or part; and to take all reasonable precautions for the safety of the children. No person under the age of 17 years shall take part in any performance in which his life or limbs are endangered.
