Licence conditions (1)
- 1.Not more than 90 persons shall be allowed to be present on the premises when it is being used for any purposes authorised by this Licence.2. All windows and doors to remain closed during the period of licensed activities.3. In the interests of sound installation, any faulty, poorly fitted or broken windows or doors should be replaced immediately before any licensed events take place.4. All external and internal lights for the parking area, access, exit and security should be installed and operated in such a way so as not to cause intrusion into, or nuisance for, nearby residential properties.5. Polite signs are displayed requesting that patrons of the hall leave the premises, including car park, in a quiet and orderly manner and to respect the rights of the people living nearby and on the route home that they may take, to have a peaceful and undisturbed nights sleep. These signs should be in clear view in communal access and exit routes and car parking areas.6. Taxi drivers collecting patrons from the hall should also be made aware of the need to approach and leave the car park in as quiet manner as possible and that they should not sit outside the premises and sound their horns in order to notify their customers of their presence.,.
