  1. Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:

  3. For private events, the premises licence holder will provide function menus for the customers to choose from. Events will involve work events, wakes, and small wedding parties.
  4. The premises licence holder will manage private events with appropriate staff levels.
  5. The premises licence holder shall ensure that all staff will be trained in responsible alcohol retailing.
  6. The premises licence holder shall ensure that staff will receive training regarding underage sales and safeguarding responsibilities. Training records will be maintained and will be available to an officer of a Responsible Authority upon request. Crime and Disorder
  7. The premises licence holder shall ensure that alcohol will only be supplied to persons attending the venue or event within the premises. Public Safety
  8. The premises licence holder will comply with all health and safety legislation including, fire exits, escape routes, appropriate first aid equipment available on site, capacity limits monitored as well as electrical, gas and sound equipment maintained. Prevention of Public Nuisance
  9. The premises licence holder shall ensure that all patrons will be encouraged to leave the premises quietly and respectfully.
  10. The premises licence holder shall in sure that in the event of music being played, volume levels will be monitored assisted by closed doors and windows except for access.
  11. The premises licence holder shall ensure waste/bottle disposal will not take place in early mornings or late evening.
  12. The premises licence holder shall ensure that any complaints will be responded to promptly. Protection of Children from Harm
  13. The premises licence holder will ensure that a Challenge 25 policy will be operated at the premises, forms of ID accepted will be driving licence or passport.
  14. The premises licence holder will ensure that any children under the age of 16 will be accompanied by a responsible adult when alcohol is available.
