Licence conditions (19)
  1. Staff will be trained to deal with and react to unpredictable situations.
  2. Alcohol will not be sold to anyone who is or appears to be drunk .
  3. Noise from the premises will be kept to a minimum in order not to affect neighbours.
  4. Loading and unloading of deliveries will be undertaken in the most considerate way available.
  5. ID will be requested for anyone that looks under 18 every time to ensure that they are not too young.
  6. Alcohol will be kept away from the reach of children so they could not access it or get hurt by it.
  7. CCTV to be fitted to a standard agreed by the Police that complies with the CCTV code of Practice (Latest Edition), produced by the Information Commissioners Office, with all public areas, including all access and egress points covered.
  8. The CCTV system shall be maintained and serviced on a regular basis and records kept to that effect.
  9. CCTV shall be operational at all times that the premises are open for trading.
  10. Images will be retained for a period of at least 31 days by whatever means the licence holder deems appropriate.
  11. The Police or Local Authority will be allowed to take a recording of the image by way of tape, CD Rom, DVD, memory stick or any other appropriate means, within 48 hrs of the request being made by either the Police or the Local Authority.
  12. A refusal recording system will be in operation at the premises, all staff involved in the sale of alcohol will be fully trained in the system and it will record the following:

  14. Item refused
  15. Name or description of the person refused
  16. Reason for refusal
  17. Name of staff member making the refusal.
  18. The refusal system will be available for inspection to any Police Officer, Local Authority Licensing Officer or Trading Standards Officer at any reasonable time.
  19. A Challenge 25 scheme will be adopted at the premises, all staff involved in the sale or supply of alcohol will be trained in the scheme and such training will be recorded. Such records will be available to the Police or other responsible authority upon request.
