The premises adopts the 'Challenge 25 scheme' whereby any person that appears under 25 years of age has to prove they are over 18 years of age by providing identification by means of Passport, Photographic ID such as driving licence or identification card approved by the proof of age standards scheme (PASS) and bearing the PASS logo.
A refusals log must be kept and maintained. This log must be available to Police or Council Officers on request.
The premises must have an effective and well managed CCTV system which will be maintained to ensure that it is always fully operational. CCTV will cover all entry and exit points.
Our system of incident reporting and our existing health and safety policies will be extended to cover the sale of alcohol and it is our opinion that the nature of the operation and the scale of the licensable activity will not lead to any increase in risk to public safety.
The management team at the premises is to welcome communication with any local persons in relation to any issues which arise concerning the operation of the premises with regards to public safety.
No self service of alcohol on the premises, all sales of alcohol will be authorised by trained staff.
Waste will not be collected between 19:00 and 07:00 hours.
Deliveries will only take place between 07:00 and 19:00 hours.
Surroundings will be monitored to keep it clear of litter.
