  1. Staff will be trained in the Licensing Act 2003 and this training will be constantly updated.
  2. Staff will always ask for photographic ID if the person who is attempting to purchase alcohol appears to be under the age of 18 years.
  3. Alcohol will not be sold to any person who appears to be intoxicated.
  4. Any person under the age of 18 will not be allowed on the premises unless they are accompanied by an adult.
  5. The premises will be kept clear and free from obstruction.
  6. Customers and staff shall enter and leave the premises in a manner that will not disturb the local community.
  7. Customers will be told to use the courtyard car park.
  8. Security lighting will be installed so that it does not adversely affect or disturb those living or working nearby.
  9. Only photographic ID such as full UK Driving Licence, Passport or approved proof of age scheme shall be accepted.
