What the licence permits

Sale or Supply of Alcohol
Every day 08:00-18:00
Licence conditions (29)
  1. A written notice of authority record for all staff who sell alcohol.
  2. The premises shall operate to fulfil online (telephone) orders only.
  3. The premises licence holder or designated premises supervisor will keep records of -
  4. The date and time of all alcohol orders and the full name and address of who has
  5. made each order (including details of any refusals),
  6. The date and time of the despatch of all orders from the licensed premises, and
  7. The date and time when each delivery has been made, who to and where exactly
  8. (with details of any refusals), and the name of a third-party courier.
  9. Such details will be retained at the licensed premises by the premises licence holder, for
  10. possible inspection at any time on request, by a police officer or an authorised person of the
  11. licensing authority.
  12. No members of the public shall be permitted to visit the licensed premises.
  13. Deliveries from the premises will be conducted in a responsible and considerate
  14. manner, ensuring no disturbance to local residents or businesses.
  15. Deliveries received at the premises and waste removal from the premises will be
  16. conducted at a time and in a manner that causes no disturbance to residents or
  17. businesses.
  18. A Challenge 25 policy for alcohol sales.
  19. Anyone receiving a delivery and not appearing to be of the age of 25 years will be
  20. required to produce appropriate identification proving that they have turned 18 in
  21. order to be supplied with alcohol. Appropriate ID will be a passport, photo driving licence, PASS accredited proof of age card or other reliable photo ID that is recommended and approved for acceptance by the police or other authorities.
  22. Staff shall be trained in all aspects of responsible alcohol retailing and in particular
  23. the Protection of Children including the Challenge 25 policy and the identification
  24. and refusal of potential proxy purchasers.
  25. Staff training will occur before a staff member is authorised to sell or deliver alcohol
  26. for the business. Training will be recorded and signed off by the DPS and or Premises Licence Holder. Staff training records will be available for inspection by the police or other
  27. responsible authority upon request.
  28. A refusals log will be kept and reviewed regularly by the DPS and made available for
  29. inspection by the police and an appropriate local authority representative.
