 No Public allowed into Premises  Permitted staff only allowed in the secure Warehouse area  The premises licence holder shall ensure that a comprehensive CCTV system will be in operation at the premises and recorded images shall be retained for a minimum period of 31 days. Downloads will be provided to the Police and Authorised Officers of the Council upon reasonable request.  Staff training on the promotion of the licensing objectives and the company age verification policy shall be undertaken on staff appointment and updated every 12 months. All training records will be available to an authorised officer on request to inspect.  An incident log shall be maintained on the premises documenting the date and time of any incidents involving the premises which could undermine the four licensing objectives. This shall be completed within 24 hours of the incident, be available upon request of a police officer or an authorised officer. also include any age related incidents and/ or any refusals  Vehicle access is allowed to the Premises between the hours of 0900 & 1700 and only trained forklift truck drivers allowed to operate with management approval and only with supporting documentation  Collection or delivery of the goods between 0900 & 1700 Monday to Friday The premises licence holder shall ensure that the alcohol shall only be delivered to a residential or business addresses with a valid postcode.  The premises licence holder shall ensure that at the time of ordering, the following details shall be recorded and made available for inspection by a responsible authority under the Licensing Act 2003;
I. the full name of the purchaser, II. the address of the purchaser, III. an email address for the purchaser, IV. the method of payment and details of alcohol supplied, V. the customer is over 18 years of age.  The premises licence holder shall ensure that:
All orders for delivery shall include - name, address, email address and a contact number.
An age verification step is in place on the company website at the point of ordering. This requires the user to enter their date of birth and if at the point of delivery/collection there is any doubt then proof of age is sought.
The premises licence holder shall ensure that all delivery drivers are 18+.
Delivery to a customer will not be made if : a) No adult is present, or the person accepting the delivery cannot produce a valid ID if requested by the driver. Adhering to Challenge 25. b) The person in receipt of the delivery appears to be intoxicated from alcohol or drugs. c) In the opinion of the delivery driver, the customer is exhibiting abusive behaviour.
Alcohol will be delivered to residences in boxes designed to prevent spillages and breakages.  The premises licence holder shall maintain a refusals log ,recording when alcohol has not been sold or delivered, to ensure the promotion of the licensing objectives.  Only one vehicle will be loaded or unloaded at any time  The premises licence holder will have a 'Challenge 25' policy in place at the licensed premises when alcohol is being collected. and will be included in staff training The premises licence holder shall ensure that a burglar alarm will be installed on the licensed premises and will cover where alcohol is stored, be in good working order and fully maintained.
