  1. Fully operational CCTV system in place at all times and access to recordings. Notices to be displayed.
  2. All bottles or glasses to be removed from public areas once finished with.
  3. Proof of age policy, anti-drugs policy, risk assessments and fire safety policy in place.
  4. First aid equipment and materials available on premises.
  5. Customers limited to no more than 10 at one time.
  6. Premises is alarmed.
  7. Discouraging drink driving and notices displayed following a tasting.
  8. Safety of people when leaving the premises following a tasting will be ensured.
  9. Customers will be advised to leave the premises promptly.
  10. No music will be played other than at a tasting where there will be no amplification.
  11. All deliveries will be through the day and stock is wine so no beer barrels.
  12. Waste collected on a regular basis and cleaning procedures in place although minimal alcohol will be consumed on site.
  13. Customers will not be served if they are believed to be intoxicated which will prevent nuisance behaviour.
