- Where a premises licence authorises the sale of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions:
- General To ensure myself and all employees are fully aware of objectives To seek advice from relevant authorities on supporting and enforcing the objectives To work with residents on any complaints/problems that may arise Prevention of Crime & Disorder To become part of a pubwatch scheme To do regular walk rounds of building to keep abreast of activities out of sight To ensure lighting/security is maintained to the highest standardPublic Safety To make sure premises complies with all health and safety rules/regs as well as fire rules/regs To keep first aid kit and accident report book as well as fire extinguishers To install fire alarm systemPrevention of Public Nuisance All external doors and windows must be kept closed, other than for access and egress when any regulated entertainment is taking place The volume of any description of regulated entertainment shall be strictly controlled so that noise levels are non-intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties The licensee shall ensure that adequate steps are in place (e.g signage, sufficient staff on site) to ensure that customers leave the premises quietly No customers shall remain in the external areas after 22.30 on any day of the week, (other than for smoking) and no access shall be given to customers to the external areas after 22.30 on any day of the week (other than for smoking) To involve the correct authorities if any threats/problems Protection of Children from Harm All children to be accompanied by adults No ID no drink for anyone looking less than 21 years of age To keep children from strong language/physical harm
