Licence conditions (14)
  1. General The Club’s aim is to be a Community based facility, providing a social amenity to family based units, and to provide a venue for functions in the Trimley and Kirton area. Crime and Disorder
  2. The Licensee will ensure that a policy is in place for ejecting disruptive customers from the premises, and that staff are trained accordingly.
  3. The Licensee will communicate promptly with the Police whenever a customer’s behaviour or actions gives cause for concern.
  4. The Club operates a strict disciplinary code in respect of members’ behaviour and will take appropriate action if required to prevent disorderly conduct. Public Safety
  5. The Licensee will ensure that the Fire Brigade will be called immediately to any outbreak of fire.
  6. The licensee will ensure that all fire and safety systems and appliances are regularly tested and inspected and maintained in good order.
  7. The Club will hold planned reviews of Health & Safety.
  8. The safe capacity for the function room of 150 persons must not be exceeded - this capacity could be increased to 200 persons provide the screen/doors through to the bar/family area were pinned open for the duration of an event. Prevention of Public Nuisance - (Under Section 177A (3) of the Licensing Act 2003 these conditions have effect following a review
  9. The Licensee will ensure that signs are prominently displayed requesting patrons to leave the premises quietly.
  10. The volume of the amplification system used for any form of regulated entertainment shall be controlled such that noise levels are non intrusive at the boundaries of nearby residential properties.
  11. The performance of live music outdoors shall be restricted to no more than 5 occasions and shall not take place on any more than two consecutive days and no more than one event will take place in any one week. On those occasions the performance of live music shall finish no later than 22:00 hours.
  12. Regulated entertainment outdoors or within marquees, tents, gazebo's and other similar structures, shall take place between the hours of 12:00 and 22:00 only. Protection of children from harm
  13. The Licensee will ensure that children will only be admitted to the premises if they are under the direct supervision of an accompanying adult.
  14. There will be designated areas within the premises for families with children to gather and a designated serving area for children which separate from the main bar.
