  1. CCTV shall be installed and continually in operation at the premises. The images will be retained for 31 days and provided upon request by a Police Officer, Licensing Officer or other Authorised Officer.
  2. The area outside the premises shall be kept free from bottles and rubbish.
  3. Photographic ID will be requested from anyone who is attempting to purchase alcohol.
  4. No sale of alcohol will take place if no identification can be produced
  5. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either - (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature.
