- Health and Safety Risk assessments shall be carried out prior to the Premises licence being effective and a copy retained for inspection upon request by an officer of the local Licensing Authority, Police or Fire Authority or other relevant person.
- Fire Risk assessments shall be carried out prior to the Premises Licence being effective and a copy retained for inspection upon request by an officer of the local Fire Authority, Licensing or Police Authority or other relevant person.
- CCTV shall be installed to a standard approved by the Kent Police and kept in good working order at all times. The CCTV shall be continually recording and all images retained by way of video or a digital system for a minimum of thirty days. The Licensing Authority and local Police Authority shall have access to these images at all reasonable times
- The licence holder, manager or other responsible person will ensure that the premises is a member of NiteNet.
- The manager/licence holder, or other responsible person must liaise regularly with the Local Police Authority, Licensing Authority or Neighbourhood Watch scheme, and adopt best practices, in order to keep instances of crime and disorder to a minimum.
- All Fire Fighting equipment shall be maintained and checked annually and relevant certificates retained for inspection by an Officer of the Licensing Authority, Police Authority or Fire Authority. Any emergency exits shall be indicated by suitable signage and kept clear at all times.
- Ventilation and extraction systems shall be directed in a manner that will not cause nuisance, through noise or odour, to any persons living or working nearby.
- A record or log book shall be kept on the premsies and completed when an incident occurs on the premises. This record book shall be presented for inspection upon request by a Police Officer or Local Authority Licensing Officer.
- Any litter originating from the premises dropped or discarded in the vicinity/outside the premises shall be retrieved and disposed of correctly by a member of staff to prevent nuisance.
- Suitable and adequate training shall be given to members of staff to deter the excessive congregation of any persons inside or outside the premises.
