  2. Intruder alarm system installed via Dual-Com to ARC.
  3. Alcohol to be kept behind the counter where practical.
  4. Zero tolerance for abusive customers with any incident recorded in the incident log.
  5. No deliveries will be accepted into the store between 20:00 and 08:00.
  6. Customers will be encouraged to use the public litter bin outside for their rubbish.
  7. Challenge 25 Policy will be adopted.
  8. Signage informing customers of ID checks.
  9. Records kept of all refusals or incidents.
  10. EPOS till to prompt for age restricted items.
  11. Regular staff training to be carried out.
