- The site manager will have overall responsibility for all matters relating to the running and use of the site.The site manager and his staff will be on duty at all outside events additional staff from the school and the PTFA will also be present on site.,.
- There is ample car parking at the school when it is used for private functions. Members of staff on duty will be responsible for security of the site. No groups of youths are allowed to loiter around the area of the centre. Outside lighting at the premises.Site staff and additional staff will patrol the site during all external events.,.
- A full site health and safety policy is in place. All electrical and mechanical equipment is tested and checked on a regular basis. A member of staff is always on duty in the event of any emergency. First aid kits on site.St John's ambulance will be on site at all external events.,.
