Licence conditions (12)
  1. The licence holder shall ensure all staff are trained in responsible alcohol retailing. This training can be done in house and the training records should be kept on the premises and must be made available for inspection by an authorised officer of the local authority or an authorised member of Suffolk Constabulary immediately upon request.
  2. Last food orders will be by 21:30 on Sundays. Prevention of crime and disorder
  3. CCTV will be installed and maintained in full working order. Prominent signage will be displayed throughout the premises informing people that there is CCTV in operation. All recordings will be maintained for at least 28 days and will be made available to an authorised officer of the licensing Authority or a police officer on demand. Public safety
  4. The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure that the appropriate fire safety, and health and safety regulations are applied at the premises. Prevention of public nuisance
  5. No noise shall emanate from the premises nor vibration be transmitted through the structure of the premises that gives rise to a nuisance at nearby noise sensitive receptor locations.
  6. Notices will be prominently displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and businesses and leave the area quietly.
  7. The premises licence holder shall ensure that any patrons drinking and/or smoking outside the premises do so in an orderly manner and are supervised by staff so as to ensure that there is no public nuisance or obstruction of the public highway.
  8. The outside seating area will not be used after 22:00 and all tables and chairs will be packed away so as not to be used.
  9. Only silent movies/films shall be shown.
  10. Doors shall be kept closed, when possible, to reduce noise.
  11. The restaurant has a specific bin lock up area and there will also be extra bins provided for customer use. Protection of children from harm
  12. The licence holder shall implement the 'Challenge 25' scheme, ensuring prominent signage is displayed throughout the premises and all staff are trained in its operation. The Licence Holder shall ensure that any person selling or supplying alcohol at the premises, under the authority of a Personal Licence Holder, asks for photographic proof of ID document where they have reason to suspect that the individual may be less than 25 years of age.
