  1. Public Nuisance:-
  2. Prominent, clear notices shall be displayed at all exits / in the beer garden/outside areas, requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and the area quietly.
  3. A 'freephone' taxi line/Telephone numbers for local taxi companies must be available to assist with the peaceful dispersal of patrons from the premises.
  4. The following licensed activities that have the potential to create public nuisance shall not be permitted unless they are done so in accordance with the controls below:
  5. Performances of live, amplified, pre-recorded music or sound:
  6. Any performance of Live, amplified pre recorded music or sound or similar activity to cease at 23:30 hours except Xmas and New Year.
  7. Live music will end no later than 23:30 hours.
  8. All doors and windows will be kept closed after 21:00 hours when live or recorded music or karaoke or amplified sound or voice is taking place.
  9. The volume of music or sound will be controlled so that no noise is discernible at the facade or inside the nearest noise sensitive dwellings.
  10. Any music associated with this provision shall cease at 23:30 hours.
  11. Provision of facilities for dancing and indoor sports events:
  12. Shall not include amplified sound.
