Licence conditions (11)
  1. The noise level from the premises for all regulated entertainment shall not exceed NR45 when measured 1-3 metres from the façade of the nearest noise sensitive use, in accordance with BS7445 parts 1, 2 and 3.
  2. There shall be placed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public (or member and their guests) notices pointing out the needs of local residents and the need to leave the premises and the area quietly.
  3. All entrances and exits have a lobby entrance with at least one set of doors closed at all times during regulated entertainment, to minimise the breakout of noise.
  4. There shall be no emission from the premises of any odour which is likely to cause a nuisance to nearby premises.
  5. Licensee Safety Inspection Before the premises are opened for the purposes authorised by the licence an inspection shall be carried out by the licence holder to ensure that the premises are safe for use.
  6. First Aid There shall be maintained on the premises at all times an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials for the use of customers.
  7. Keeping all the conditions below to a high standard at all times.
  8. Customers will only be served alcohol if having a meal seated at a table inside the premises.
  9. Keeping area clean and tidy inside and outside the premises at all times.
  10. Making sure there is no litter outside the premises on public footpath at all times and making sure waste is disposed of correctly.
  11. Making sure customers prove they are over 18 by using Challenge 21 Policy to be served alcohol.
