- Film Exhibitions
- The admission of children, that is persons under 18 years of age, to the exhibition of any film shall be restricted in accordance with any recommendations made by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) or by Bexley Council.
- Together with for the purposes of paragraph 6(5) of Schedule 8 to the Licensing Act 2003 all other licensable activities which may be carried out at the premises by virtue of the justices licence issued under the Licensing Act 1964 and existing as of the date of this licence, which include but may not be limited to the following:
- Public entertainment may be provided by the reproduction of wireless (including television) broadcasts or of programme included in any other service (within the meaning of the Broadcasting Act 1990) other than a sound or television broadcasting service, or public entertainment by way of music and singing only which is provided solely by the reproduction of recorded sound; and
- ii) Private entertainment, that is to say dancing and music, may be provided and promoted for private gain.
- Toughened glass shall be used where practicable.
- Clear and legible signage shall at all times be prominently displayed at all exit doors reminding patrons to leave quietly and with consideration to local residents.
- Authorised use of the beer garden and patio areas shall cease at 23:30 hours.
- On occasions when regulated entertainment is being provided between 23.00 hours and 07.00 hours noise from the provision of regulated entertainment shall be inaudible at the façade/boundary of nearby residential properties and at all other times shall not cause a nuisance.
- CCTV must be operational at all times while the premises remains open to the public and all images captured will be recorded and retained on site for a minimum period of 31 days. Copies of CCTV recordings will be made available to the Police and/or the Licensing Authority on request, together with facilities for viewing where requested.
