- The provision of a high quality digital CCTV system. The system to be maintained and to operate at all times the premises is open to the public. Recordings must be kept for 31 days and copies must be provided to officers of the Police and/or Local Authority on request. Sufficient staff must be trained in the use of the CCTV system to enable recordings to be provided without delay.2. The provision of outside lighting to assist security.3. - The premises will operate Challenge 21 in relation to the sale of alcohol, requiring all those who appear to be under 21 to be asked for a recognised form of photographic identification. All staff will be trained in the operation of the Challenge 21 policy and refresher training will be provided and documented.6.
