  1. a) General - all four licensing objectives
  2. 1. Training shall be provided to all house managers on dealing with illegal activities and aggressive customers.
  3. 2. The licence holder shall join Pubwatch (if scheme exists).

  18. 5. All doors and windows (on the façade(s) of the building) which is the subject of this consent, shall be kept closed at all times during the entertainment events, except when access is required to/from the premises.
  19. 6. The licence holder shall provide the Council with the contact details (name and telephone number etc.) of the licence holder or anyone else involved in the organisation of the event, who can be contacted whilst the premises are open.
  20. 7. Admission to all parts of the licensed areas shall be given at all reasonable times, either during or other than during an event, to authorised officers of the Council, even without prior notice.
  21. 8. It is expected that the licence holder shall:
  22. i. Take appropriate action to ensure that noise caused by people leaving the premises is kept to a minimum; and
  23. ii. Erect suitable and conspicuous notices adjacent to all exits asking patrons to make as little noise as possible when leaving the premises, not to stand around talking in the street outside the premises and to drive away as quietly as possible; and
  24. iii. Erect signs in appropriate places outside the premises reminding patrons not to stand around talking in any car park adjacent to or near to the premises.
  25. e) The protection of children from harm
  26. 1. No children shall be allowed on the site after 21:30.
  27. 2. All Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  28. 3. Minimum signage shall be displayed on the AWPs.
  29. 4. An audited proof of age scheme shall be in place.
