  1. Age Verification Software shall be employed to ensure buyers are over 18 years of age
  2. Delivery shall be by courier who will be required to check photographic identification if the person to whom the bottle is being delivered appears to be under 25.
  3. If anyone collects their purchase from the premises, they shall be required to show photo ID giving an age (such as driving licence or passport) before goods are handed over.
  4. Wines would be sold either by post from an internet or email order, or from a customer picking them up.
  5. Security gates are present at the premises which are monitored by CCTV.
